The Repair and Refund request forms ask for your name, email address, phone number, street address and a description of the problem. The same details apply to the Get A Free Quote form.

We use your details to answer your message, schedule a repair, review a refund request or prepare a quote. We do not use them for anything else, and we do not sell them.
Who sees it
Form submissions are emailed to our team and stored in this website's dashboard, which only our staff and website administrators can open. Our website host and our email delivery service handle the data on our behalf so the forms and emails work. We share your information with others only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
